Tim has practiced law in Waterville, Maine, since his admission to the bar in 1972, concentrating in business and commercial law. His loyal clients have relied on his insight and sound advice for many years in their business dealings. Tim also provides estate planning services to the firm’s clients and maintains a steady probate and real estate transaction practice.
Well-known in the community, Tim has served on the board of directors
for SAD #49, the Waterville Area YMCA, Inland Hospital, Thomas College,
Maine Children’s Home, the Waterville Country Club, and Mt.
Merici School. He is an incorporator of Kennebec Savings Bank and
serves as a director of the Greater Waterville Area Food Bank. Tim
is actively involved with the Mid-Maine Affiliate of the National
Alliance on Mental Illness, providing advocacy and support to families
affected by mental illness.
Tim has two adult children and resides in Waterville with his wife, Cheryl. In his leisure time he enjoys playing golf, skiing, sailing, kayaking, and entertaining his grandchildren.

Bill's practice in Maine involves all aspects of litigation, personal
injury, estate planning and municipal law. He serves as City Solicitor
for Waterville, Town Attorney for Winslow, and legal counsel for
several small municipalities.
The Florida portion of his practice concentrates in estate planning
and probate, particularly issues of dual residency and transition
from one state to the other. Bill also provides criminal defense
services and divorce and family law representation. His personable
nature and practical approach to issues are greatly appreciated
by his clients.
In 2008 Bill gave a presentation
on multi-jurisdictional probate and estate practice issues as
part of the Presidential Showcase Seminar of the Florida Bar and
has published several articles on residency, taxation and probate
issues for Maine-Florida residents. In 2011 he was the Defense Bar
representative in a Maine Bar Association seminar on Involuntary
Commitment of the Mentally Ill.
Bill began his practice as an attorney for the Colville Confederated
Tribes in Washington state, where he represented the Tribes and
individual tribal members in civil and criminal litigation. He relocated
to Waterville in 1982, where he has practiced law since.
Bill was a member of the Waterville City Council for six years
(two as Chairman) and the Waterville School Board for three years,
and he currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Maine Global
Forum. He is a part-time professor at Colby College, where he teaches
courses in Comparative Law and the U.S. Legal System. Bill is a
past President of the Out of State Division of the Florida Bar and
currently serves on its Executive Council.
Bill has two adult daughters and resides in Waterville with his
wife, Linda. He is an avid runner, golfer, kayaker and bird-watcher,
escaping to Baxter State Park whenever the opportunity presents
itself.
Thomas

Tom's practice focuses on real estate transactions, title searches,
closings, and lending documentation. He also provides advice and
representation in real estate litigation, including boundary disputes,
curing defective title, commercial and residential leasing and evictions,
and related matters. Previously, Tom practiced a wide variety of
law, providing litigation representation and advice to business
clients in matters ranging from labor issues, contract disputes
and collections to tax disputes and all manner of business-related
problems. Additionally, he has provided representation in divorce,
family law, and criminal proceedings. Tom is appreciated in the
firm and by his clients for his sense of humor and attention to
detail.
Before moving to Maine, Tom worked as a defense attorney and, later,
a prosecutor in Flagstaff, Arizona. He is a member of the Waterville
Rotary Club, Winslow Music Boosters, Waterville Bar Association,
Maine State Bar Association, and the American Land Title Association.
Tom is an affiliate member of the Kennebec Valley Board of Realtors.
In the past, he has served on the Winslow Library Board of Trustees
and the Kennebec Messalonskee
Trails Board of Directors. Currently, he is working with the
Winslow
Historical Preservation Commitee on the digitization of historical
photographs and volunteering with the Mid-Maine
Chamber of Commerce to get all area restaurants listed with
the Maine Office of Tourism.
Tom lives in Winslow with his wife, Jennifer, and two daughters.
His most prized possession is his 80gb iPod, and he spends his free
time listening to music, reading about Maine history and the Kennebec
River, playing saxophone, and maintaining this website. Tom is proud
that his house is often filled with the sounds of a piano, a saxophone,
a clarinet, an oboe, a trombone, and a cello, all played by his
daughters.

Mike has a reputation throughout Central Maine for his efficient
and prompt provision of residential and commercial real estate services.
Well known to bankers and realtors, his real estate processing services
merged with O'Donnell & Lee in 2006, and continuing the tradition
of personal attention to clients. Today, Mike maintains a growing
business formation and transactional practice. Mike's easy-going
manner and efficiency have earned him many loyal clients and affiliations.
Mike has practiced law in Waterville since 1996, first as a solo practitioner and then as a partner in Phillips & Bernier. He is a member of the Waterville Bar Association, Maine Bar Association, and American Bar Association and serves on the boards of directors of Lakewood Nursing Home, the Mid-Maine Chamber of Commerce, and Faith Evangelical Free Church. Mike is also an associate member of the Kennebec Valley Board of Realtors and Mortgage Bankers Association.
Mike resides in Waterville with his wife, Jennifer, one daughter
and three sons. Mike is brave enough to be a Yankees fan in Red
Sox territory.
Bryan

Bryan joined the firm as an associate attorney in 2009. Bryan's
concentration is in civil and criminal litigation, including but
not limited to: criminal defense work, family law, foreclosure,
evictions, and business and real estate litigation.
Bryan is admitted to practice in both Maine and Connecticut. He is a member of the Maine State Bar Association, Waterville Bar Association, Maine Trial Lawyers Association, the American Institute of Chemical Engineers, and the Federalist Society for Law & Public Policy. Bryan graduated with high honors from the University of Connecticut School of Law, where he was a member of the Connecticut Law Review.
Bryan grew up on a farm in Searsport and graduated from high school there before doing his undergraduate work in Chemical Engineering at the University of Maine at Orono. After spending nearly a decade in southern New England working in the pulp and paper industry, he decided to use law school as an avenue to return home to Maine.
Bryan and his wife Kate live in Sidney with their three dogs. Bryan
enjoys participating in all types of outdoor sports, roasting coffee
beans, and brewing his own beer. He is also an avid chess player,
amateur historian, and cigar aficionado.
